Slide BeActive Brace up to just below the knee on either the left or right leg 2. Align pressure pad at the outer edge of the calf, with the 'R' for right or 'L' for left leg facing the front 3. Tighten to apply firm pressure on the calf. Initially do not wear for more than 2 hours, to get used to it, then wear as long as you feel comfortable. The wrap can be worn for longer periods as needed. If your lower back pain occurs in the centre of your back, try to determine if the pain is more towards the right or left side and then apply the wrap to that side.
